When you send an email to Customer Care, you will automatically be issued a ticket number. Please have it to hand when you speak to the team on the phone.
For support with an emergency outside of service hours, please dial the regular hotline number. You will be automatically put though to our out-of-hours service. This can take several minutes – please stay on the line.
You will be charged for the use of this out-of-hours service. A breakdown of costs can be found here.
Our out-of-hours service is free of charge to clients with a Priority Pass.
