To change that, Previs partnered with Netrics to set up a hybrid modern workplace with Microsoft 365 at its core – including centrally managed devices and the new «MyPrevis» intranet. Thanks to a zero-trust model, the new workplace was also designed for maximum security right from the start.
But technology alone cannot transform culture. That is why Netrics also took on the redesign of internal communication and information architecture in Sharepoint and Microsoft Teams – along with comprehensive change management. Employees were guided through the transition step by step, trained, and empowered through a Champions Community.
