  • Previs Vorsorge had a relatively high level of digital maturity, yet a mix of tools and communication channels made cross-departmental collaboration difficult – especially in remote settings. A modern, unified and secure solution was needed.

  • Together with Netrics, Previs set up a hybrid modern workplace based on Microsoft 365 – including centrally managed devices, improved information architecture and a new intranet.

Previs Vorsorge had always embraced modern infrastructure and digital tools. When remote work suddenly became the norm during the pandemic, the company was able to adapt quickly to the new circumstances – and clearly saw where collaboration across departments still had room to grow.

To change that, Previs partnered with Netrics to set up a hybrid modern workplace with Microsoft 365 at its core – including centrally managed devices and the new «MyPrevis» intranet. Thanks to a zero-trust model, the new workplace was also designed for maximum security right from the start.

But technology alone cannot transform culture. That is why Netrics also took on the redesign of internal communication and information architecture in Sharepoint and Microsoft Teams – along with comprehensive change management. Employees were guided through the transition step by step, trained, and empowered through a Champions Community.

The result: not just new tools, but a cultural shift. More transparency, more exchange and a stronger team spirit!
