Modern Workplace Engineer (m/f) 80–100%

To advance the growth of Netrics and create excellent experiences for employees and clients alike, we are looking for a Modern Workplace Engineer (80–100%, m/f) for our Workplace team in Biel or Glattbrugg, to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your role

At Netrics, we aim to achieve effective and quantifiable results for our clients in the shortest possible time frame. Taking human, environmental and technological considerations into account, we create excellent experiences that ensure long-lasting success for our clients. We need your input in the following areas:

  • You will ensure the technical delivery of modern workplace projects and help the team create excellent experiences for our clients and their employees
  • You will continuously develop our modern workplace services based on client feedback and the latest Microsoft 365 products and features
  • You enjoy technical implementation and will work on aspects ranging from collaboration and communication to device management, identifying problems while doing so and then proposing technical solutions
  • You will guarantee identity management and device security in terms of design and architecture
  • You will continue to develop your Microsoft business applications/cloud services skills and enjoy expanding our catalog of services in this area

Your profile

We aim to inspire and enable our clients to unlock their digital future. We are looking for team members who can contribute both technical abilities and a fresh mindset – since unconventional, lateral and creative thinking can produce genuine innovation.
  • You have completed a qualification in IT and have sound knowledge of Azure AD, device management with Intune, identity/security and the Microsoft 365 suite of products
  • You understand how Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint Online interact
  • You have the relevant Microsoft 365 certification (e.g. MS-100, MS-101, MD-100, MD101, MS-500)
  • You speak German and can communicate confidently in English too
  • You are a motivated team player and feel at home in a dynamic environment
  • You are innovative, service-oriented and enthusiastic about the modern workplace
